The first solar community kitchen was built in Ukhia, using the SRCC reflector OSOW1. This unit was originally built in the workshop of Br. Donald in Dhaka, and then transported 450 km south to Ukhia. The building is shown shortly after a hurricane, which had destroyed part of the roof.
